Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • If you purchase a product from Banzer Website, we provide a ‘No-Questions-Asked’ easy return policy within 10 days from the date of Invoice, so the things you purchase are returnable at your convenience.
  • We dispatch thousands of shipments daily with damage-free packaging and utmost care. Nonetheless, if you suspect your package has been tampered with, please contact the Banzer staff via email/WhatsApp and record a video while unboxing it.
  • If you get an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the Banzer staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.
  • All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of request. Please contact Banzer Customer Support if you have any questions about your return.
  • If you have purchased our products from some other online shopping platform, you will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the return policy of that particular online shopping platform only.
  • Customised Products purchased by customers are non-refundable/non-returnable.
  • Shipping charges on the order will not be refunded in case of return of the product.

REFUND POLICY

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return.
  • On cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account, the details of which will be requested from you after we receive the request for return within 30 days from the date of invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    • If you wish to cancel an order, you can log in to your Banzer Account and cancel within 24 hours from the date of placing your order.
    • Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched.
    • Once your order is dispatched, you can receive the order and opt for a return in case you do not wish to keep the product.
